PERL Mortgage, IncReviews of perlmortgage.com

I have been working with Jose at PERL for the past 4 months. My situation was complicated: selling my primary residence, selling an investment property in a bulk sale, and purchasing a new primary residence all within a short period of time. There were some curves in the road and the first house I wanted to purchase fell through based on the inspection. Jose was always at the ready with the right advice. I found the right house 3 weeks ago and he got my loan approved and signed in less than 10 business days. I would recommend Jose, David and PERL to everyone who wants great service and very competitive rates. You will get straight to the point advice and no BS.

Extremely helpful in a complex situation.

excellent experience.

We had an amazing experience! The team was awesome!

The PERL Mortgage team was great to work with. It was evident from the very start of our home buying process that everyone within their organization was highly professional and easy to communicate with. They answered all our questions, making the each step from pre-approval to closing a breeze. Thanks to all involved!

Bill was so amazing and helpful, couldn't ask for a better guy.. He answered any questions I asked and was very helpful to me being a first time home buyer.. I would highly recommend Perl to everyone I know...

Communication sometimes a little slow!

Very friendly and professional service
