Mark Zihmer did a very efficient job of caring for me throughout the whole process. One the other hand, I feel Flordia Trust . . . were very inefficient.almost to the point that this was the first closing they ever did. They did NOT mark all the places I had to initial and did NOT request a copy of my driver's license until noon of the closing day. (At least I do not remember seeing the d. l. request earlier.
