I was given great service and they helped me every step of the way. It was quick and easy thanks to their process. All questions were answered and everything was done in a timely fashion.

We used PERL mortgage for our previous home purchase, and had a 5 star experience. For our most recent home purchase, I have to rate 3 stars. Our main problem was that our loan processor's phone didn't work, for about a month. Some things are just better discussed over the phone, so it was frustrating doing all communication over email. Thankfully, our loan officer was wonderful, and could be called should a phone conversation need to take place.
