Overall went smooth and team was responsive. Quick turnaround with closing. Only thing was told one amount for closing costs but ultimately came in much higher which altered our objectives a little bit with doing a refinance.

Overall had such a great experience with PERL they truly live by their motto and are quick to help with any situation. David Vasquez was who helped us since day one and he ensured not one detail was missed and really worked well with our realtor to make sure everyone was on the same page and nothing was lost in translation.
