Great product. Great customer support. Great company. I wish everything I find on Instagram was this good! I took about 3 afternoons to put together by myself. I would recommend at least a second hand to help with the slats. The instructions were as easy as a lego set for the pergola but I did run into a couple questions on the directions on the remote and heater but I just picked up the phone and got the answer from Kurt. We also had to troubleshoot a power issue that confirmed the control unit was bad and they got a replacement mailed quickly and easily. This price point is not for everyone, but you get what you pay for and more with their products. Well engineered, solid, easy to assemble and help is just a phone call away. I couldn't expect anything better.

Pergolux Pergola S2 is well made and sturdy. We ordered the manual opener and screens. The opener is easy to use and the screens provide shade, bug protection, and a little privacy. It has expanded the living area of our house. When it rains, we can use it. It is made so water is channeled into its gutter system. I would highly recommend using their installation services. It is so much quickly and easier than trying to do it yourself or a contractor. The installation team installs numerous pergolas and they are experts.

We LOVE our Sundream S2. Putting it together was a bit intimidating at first because we didn't have written instructions. But eventually we found the online instructions and worked our way through them. I wish we had done this years ago!

I was looking for pergola for quality with good design and pergolux was totally caught my eyes. Talked to Melissa in June to get some advice for product and install, she was really helpful. I've been waiting for my backyard done and finally ordered today! Before place ordered, I reached out to Melissa to ask more questions. She remembered me from June and answered all my questions. Super sweet girl with the best customer service!! I can't wait to install!

I recently purchased the Sky Dance Model for our backyard renovation project. Unfortunately there was a significant delay in material and this had a spill down effect on our construction schedule. Nellie ( Pergolux Manager) reached out with options on how they could help with the situation. This was greatly appreciated as we ended up changing the color but met the schedule which was vital. Ordered the wall mounted 10x16 on 6/10/2024 and it finally arrived on 8/17/2024. Here’s the following issues I see with this company: 1. If it’s out of stock, it will take months until it gets shipped to your door. The website will not tell you it’s out of stock until a customer rep emails you. They will still charge your credit card unless you call in to cancel. 2. If you email customer service, you might not even get a response. I had to call in each time to be assured that my issue was taken care of. 3. If they send the wrong parts, which happened to me. They sent me the 10x16 LED free standing instead of the wall mounted one which arrived on 8/29/2024 after submitting a claim. (Another week of delay) 4. The claim takes forever. I made a claim on 8/21/2024 and the item finally arrived on 8/29/2024. 5. Some of the instructions are not very clear on the app. I noticed screw labels on the bag mismatching with what the app showed, but I was able to figure it out. I think it will help a lot of people who are installing it themselves if the instructions provided real live photos instead of black/white photos. Overall I’m happy with the design of the pergola.
