Do not buy. The directions are the worse Ive ever experienced. you have to go back and forth with 4-5 pdf's and if you watch videos, they don't match Pdf"s. DO NOT BUY. remote won't even sync. Directions use terms that ARE NOT ON REMOTE.

The directions of this percolates are horrible. You have to go back-and-forth between three or four different PDFs and the PDFs. Don’t even match the video so you need to make sure you’re looking at the right one on the remote terms to sync. The remote aren’t even any terms on the remote this is the worst of directions of anything I’ve ever put together in my life. Do NOT buy one

Caleb Balazs in the customer support team is absolutely the best! I had a small issue on my order on my end and he helped fixed it so flawlessly and so promptly taking care of my needs! Although we initially dealt with long delays and limited communication from Pergolux, our experience became so much better once Nellie stepped in to handle our case. Having someone who would reliably answer the phone and had answers for us was a fantastic change from the original customer service we received. Ultimately, the product itself is very nice and we are happy with how it all turned out. Thank you once again to Nellie for saving our Pergolux experience!

I spent a year researching these type of pergolas, and let me tell you Pergolux is the best one, hands down. Better than any unmentionables you find. Everything from Purchase, customer service and part replacements, they went above and beyond. Already had two friends buy one each. Assembly is easy but I opted to have it installed and don't regret it one bit. The elitetech guys are awesome and professional as well.

My experience with Pergolux was outstanding. The pergola I ordered is of exceptional quality and looks stunning in my backyard. The customer service team was very supportive and answered all my questions. Delivery was quick, and the assembly process was straightforward. Pergolux is definitely the go-to place for premium pergolas.

I just couldn't wait for my pergola to arrive! I emailed customer service a couple of times to check in on the status of my shipment and they were always very responsive. However, I sadly ended up having to cancel my order because I found out the city I live in has a strict policy about permits for pergolas. The permit also required a drawing by an architect and could take up to a year to be approve. I contacted customer service once again and Melissa called me to discuss my order. She was so nice and understanding. I felt so terrible that I had to cancel my order, but Melissa was so kind and made the cancellation hassle free. If I end up going through the permit process, I will definitely order from Pergolux again! Their customer service is top notch!
