PERGOLUX USAReviews of pergoluxshop.com

We had been searching for a long time to find the perfect pergola—something stylish, durable, and smart. After looking at so many options, we finally found exactly what we were looking for, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. This smart pergola is everything we hoped for. The build quality is excellent, it looks sleek and modern, and the adjustable louver roof is a game-changer. We can control the shade and ventilation depending on the weather, which makes it super versatile. On sunny days, we keep it open to enjoy the light, and when it rains, just a quick adjustment and we’re completely covered—no stress at all. Installation was smooth (though it helps to have a second pair of hands), and once it was up, it instantly became the highlight of our backyard. We’ve been spending way more time outside now—morning coffee, evening dinners, even working from home under the pergola. If you’ve been searching like we were, don’t wait—this one’s totally worth it. It’s smart, sturdy, and has completely elevated our outdoor living space.

I like the product features and the support from the product team through the purchase process. I am anxious to complete the installation and use the pergola!

Great customer service!

very helpfull agent, took care of my problem

This is an absolute premium product/pergola. Quality is very good but assembly is challenging even for the very capable. The 10x16 size probably made mine a little more challenging than others and I think the instructions could be slightly clearer in a few areas. Maybe a couple more detailed videos would help with these intricate areas like wire routing and some assembly.

We purchased the S2 Pergola with one solar screens in late 2024 and just ordered 2 more solar screens for the sides. Japhet in sales via the phone was excellent and very helpful. He got us the discounts and availability info we needed to make the purchase decision. With all due respect to the chat team, we were better off calling in to the live team.

Good product that seems well made. Instructions are not as detailed as they should be. Delivery arrived missing some hardware for the screen attachment, but customer service was very responsive and shipped pieces quickly and they arrived within 5 days.
