Purchased a Sundream S2. The pergola is well designed and well built. Self assembly is not quite as easy as Pergolux implies, but that's mostly because their documentation can be hard to follow. It isn't because the assembly process is actually difficult if you can interpret the directions. Go slowly, and double-check your work! I did experience a manufacturing issue with some of the louvers - which Pergolux mentioned could happen - and I had to contact them to get special screws to complete the install. The Customer Service team at Pergolux was great to work with, and they shipped the screws right out to me. Once I had the right screws, the louver fastening was quick and easy. We look forward to enjoying dinners under our pergola for years to come!

Great product from build quality and look wise. Sturdy build. But the electricals (motor, led) and remote connectivity was not working for me. The customer support can be better. Documentation has lot of scope to improve. (The S3 version which got release just last week has a very good documentation though). My backyard project contractor who assembled, praised the build quality and attention to details of the product. Edit: Daniel Pang from customer care contacted and shipped the control unit. Waiting for it to be delivered to get it installed.

When I first looked at all the different series it was a little overwhelming but the customer service representative took time to explain the different models which was extremely helpful and definitely will make our decision even easier deciding on what model to purchase
