EDIT: I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. After my previous review, I messaged the contact information for a refund and at that time they sent me a tracking number which indicated that my item had been delivered to the mailbox the day before. I had called 2 days prior to inquire about shipping for my order. And if the shipping software did not notify me for some reason as I was told today, I would have hoped the person I spoke with would have provided me some information on the order. So in summary: Great product selection, competitive price, fast shipping but 1 star off for poor communication. PREVIOUS: It’s been 1 week since I ordered. Never got a tracking, never received the item. Called and spoke with someone regarding the order, still no response. Now I’m im going to have to do a chargeback through PayPal.

their web developers need to discuss inventory with warehouse. Multiple times I have "bought" something only to be refunded my money because it is out of stock. Add a SQL call to the inventory tables to display Out of Stock, when the inventory count = 0
