i ordered 3.4.but i didn't received it yet

I was sent a product I did not purchase, I purchased a particular fragrance and was sent another fragrance from the same house but that can be purchased much cheaper from other discounters. When I sent an email for assistance in a return, I was met with no reply. Very dissatisfied

so far I am giving them a 1 star. I ordered from them over a week ago, recieved a confirmation message but thats it. I wrote them asking if they are shipping it, no answer! Terrible customer service, just want tracking. I could and shoild have ordered from fragnet for 5$ more, so rediculous . order number 9596

Authentic perfume at a good price, fast shipping.

Loved your reasonable pricing! Send me samples of other mens products I may be interested in. I like to smell clean!

Got in time for gift.

Quick Delivery! Great Customer Service. But I was not sure when will I get the item. They don’t provide any tracking. It would be better if they provide tracking info so people can track their packages. In addition, I ordered once with incorrect info and they were responsive and helpful through WhatsApp and canceled the order and gave me the refund.

Another flawless experience with this wonderful merchant. Quick delivery and great price! I will be buying many more times!
