Price is to high.

I have received 2 perfumes from this company with no problem. The 3rd perfume I ordered never made it to me. I tried to contact the company several times and the company never got back to me. Buyer beware. If you get your package, yay! But if not, you'll have to reach out to your credit card company to get the payment stopped. It's iffy.

I expected to get eau de parfum, not eau de toilette in my package.

3 is the best I can do since my order was cancelled. If you have an item that is out of stock, stop allowing it to be ordered and telling the customer the next day the order was cancelled, with so much as a explanation. Then I waited 3 days to have my monies refunded.

I particularly liked the service i received the last time i used perfumesandrea hence i ordered another product. I paid through paypal for valentino uomo intense and its being months now and i still dont have a clue whats going on. I am truly worried now. Dont know what to do. Please help. Michael Onyeike.
