I have been a long-time customer of Performive, and they always provide professional & friendly service.

Poor messaging - lots of em but rather poor detail. Missing or poor timezone info for the outage. Lack of detail on the what the work involved. No notice of completion.

I was have major issues with MS 365 Business and your team helped me out immensely. They were helping me with issues that were the responsibility of MS, but MS service is extremely poor at the best of times.

Performive Techs ALWAYS exceed my expectations! I know that when I submit a ticket, not only does it get looked at right away, it gets addressed and corrections made in a short period of time. Without the excellence of the Performive Techs I would be lost! I have been with Performive since 2011 and the Techs have NEVER let me down!
