We just placed an order for bands to use in a fitness class. The order was large enough to qualify for free shipping which was a huge plus. The bands arrived quickly and are perfect for our needs.

PerformBetter is the company I first turn to for my fitness gear. They have plenty of products. The equipment is some of the best. Particularly the kettlebells. I've been very happy with all equipment I've bought. The customer service reps are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are competitive, plus there's always some sale going on. I wish there was a closer location to order from to save on shipping. But, periodically shipping is free on some orders. Thank you PerformBetter!

Promo banner said FREE shipping. I still was charged. Not a good feeling. I feel taken advantage of. I could get this stuff at quite a few places but selected you guys because of a positive previous experience. Perhaps it's time to move on. I hope to see the charge removed.

I was able to take the SKU# from my Physical Therapist's catalog, plug it into the online search engine and the item I needed was immediately listed - No hassle of flipping through virtual pages to find it - A helpful side bar showed other items of similar interest & so I was able to find a couple additional items I use at PT office for recovery from ankle injury - so now I can do at home as well. I was able to shop quickly and the webpage set up was very intuitive and simple - Checkout was a breeze - Great layout with great products. Highly recommend!
