Great company to deal with, web site is slow and on Sunday kept locking up as I tried to place my order.

I have ordered equipment from you guys before when I was with another company. I have always been pleased with the products I have ordered.

Did not load easily. Unable to go from page to page easily Not a major hassle, just a glitch

each page took 30 seconds to load. this is unacceptable. I tried the site the following day and it was still slow. I was forced to sign in just to get a shipping quote but there was no button anywhere to actually register an account. I found out later on my third attempt to use this website that I need to click the small text at the top of the page where it says "sign in". I was then allowed to click register. I noticed a popup with a coupon code offering a %10 discount on my order if I completed my order today, which I did, and the coupon code did not work! I feel like I was lied to just to make a sale. someone owes me $4 and an hour of my time to do something that takes 2 seconds on amazon. also, I only made an account to see the shipping price and the coupons applied. the shipping price was exactly the same as the estimated price and the coupon did not work.

Navigating & Processing on site seem to be slow. Ordering took much longer than I expected.

I just ordered a back-up for my two-handled exercise tubing although my "orange" one is STILL GOING STRONG AFTER 15 PLUS YEARS .. maybe even 20. At 70, had a motorcycle accident and needed to begin recovery/rehab at home ...now I may never return to the gym as these cables are great for simulation of bench press, curls, triceps, fly's, and reverse curls. Just adjust the distance from the anchor point and you can easily vary the resistance. I will be calling back for advice on equipment for squats, leg extensions & leg curls. As a ( now retired ) top-ten national level power-lifter for 25+ years I can say without any reservation that these cables are the absolute best value on the market and at an unbelievably affordable price ... Anxious to check out your equip for legs which I now address with "broom-stick" squats and lunges ... but now need more resistance. Thanks for a great product.
