Ordering online from Perform Better is quick and easy. The website is easy to navigate through which makes it simple to find the product you're looking for.

It wouldn't have mattered to me if i had to pay shipping (which I did) but the site offered free shipping and then charged me for it... Otherwise-easy ordering, well ordered, informative site with lots of cool toys.

I've been ordering from PB for years and have always got what I wanted when I wanted it. I have found some items for less money elsewhere online but suffered with poor service as a result. PB seems like a solid company and is constantly improving. I attend their "One day learn by doing" and the "Functional Training Summit" annually.

I think perform better offers a good selection of products but the website is very outdated. The navigation is not smooth and i'll see product pricing be different depending on the page i'm on. The shipping costs also seem to be not competitive with other companies. The fact that shipping is based on cost of the order and not cost to ship the items is unfair. For example, a DVD set for 90 dollars would incur a 15% charge for shipping. it doesn't cost $13.50 to send a small DVD in a flat rate box or envelope. Hope this helps and offers the company a chance to grow with the market.
