Perform Better is almost always more expensive than other websites and shipping is always a high cost. I use them about half the time because they have basically everything I want, so I can make larger purchases with quickness and ease.

The website was slow to respond as I was adding each item to the shopping cart. Every product was labeled and described adequately and the pricing was comparable to other identical website products. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

As I was shopping I got a pop up to enter a code for a 10% discount. I use the code but the discount has not been applied to my order. I will be contacting customer service (they are closed for the holiday weekend...) and expect a refund for the 10%. Other than that, the website was easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for.
