Most of the items on our End of Summer Sale are best sellers of ours. Any items that qualify for free shipping are labeled. We apologize if you were not satisfied with the promotion. Please let us know if you have any further questions or comments.

Unfortunately discounts on our website cannot be combined. If the code did not work it must mean you were getting items on our End of Summer Sale which you are getting for a GREAT price! You're order is shipping today, enjoy!

I was looking for specific products online and used the Online Chat. I chatted with Erica. What a great experience. I described what I was looking for and she was able to direct me to the products I wanted. She also made a suggestion on another product that I ended up purchasing. Great customer service.

Thank you for the feedback, Daniel. We will be sure to let Erica know you had a positive experience. Hope you enjoy your new products!

I could not figure out how to use my gift card. I went ahead and used my credit card. I will call customer service if I remember on Monday and have them credit my credit card and use my gift card.
Response from Perform BetterSep 17, 2015
Hi Susan, unfortunately you aren't able to use a gift card on our website. In order to place an order using one you would need to give us a call and place the order over the phone. We apologize for the inconvenience!

The website said there was a 10% discount if I placed my order today. I did and put down the code and no discount ever showed up.

Unfortunately offers cannot be combined on our website as stated on the pop-up. If the items ordered were part of our End of Summer Sale, you will not receive both discounts. We're sorry for any confusion!
