Ordered a product for a friend, so this reflects just the ordering process... Ideas for improvement: better descriptions, accurate shipping info (free shipping was not applied until the end, which was confusing), and inventory info (shipping is contingent on having items in-stock). And, update the interface, looks a bit dated... Other than that, it worked fine!
