I've been using Perform Better's products at physical therapy to strengthen and increase the flexibility of my right hip after an injury. The progress I've made in the past few weeks using their mini resistance bands have helped me get back to full capacity sooner than I realized. I'm buying some extra so I can continue my physical therapy at home to use in the future.
