Hi Beth, the Travel Airex Balance Pad you ordered is unfortunately not on sale at this time. This is a new product for our 2016 Catalog. The other sizes are currently on sale at the moment as part of our Holiday Sale. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

The only issue I had was that the webpage said 40% discount and free shipping on orders over $49. I could not get the 40% so I called the 888 number and was told that I had to look on the left side of the screen and pull up the ITEMS THAT WERE INCLUDED, however there was nothing that said that the sale was for certain items only.
