The team does a great job from start to finish! They sent a follow up to make sure your products were received and I had a dumbbell that was damaged in which I got an immediate response and replacement was sent out right away. I tell anyone looking for equipment to buy from Perform Better. Not to mention their education seminars are phenomenal and I can't wait for the 3 day summit to be back in person!

I was disappointed in the fact that the shipping cost is more than the product. However, Perform Better had recognized the issue and has done their best to adjust the shipping cost. Great Customer service! I appreciate their prompt attention to my issue.

Unfortunately, UPS charges us a minimum of $9.95 no matter the weight of the product or distance traveled.
