After all this time, money spent, and being a loyal customer for years I wasn't able to sign into my account today. So when I attempted to use the forgot my password option it told me PB didn't even have my email on record. I was not too happy with that outcome.

Very slow site, not intuitive when errors need correcting during the checkout process. Really expensive shipping, I had orignally put 3 packets of 4 bands, but reduced to 2 because of the shipping. Update on 12/11/2020 - They reached out to me right away and made an adjustment to the invoice to offset the cost of shipping. Wow, thank you!

Hi Adrian, Thanks for contacting us. I understand the frustration with the flat rate shipping cost of $9.95 when it comes to lightweight bands. Unfortunately, UPS charges us a minimum of $9.95 no matter the weight of the product or distance traveled.
