So many companies are offering free shipping now, so I was disappointed that this company is not.

The promo codes did not work. Also did not know the product changed in texture - I did prefer the original texture of the bands from a couple years ago.

These people are awesome. Fantastic customer service experience and chat service on the website. The equipment is fantastic. Only took 30 min to assemble and have been using ever since. Your checkout system asked for my credit card in 2 different places and same for a discount code. A little cumbersome - especially as its a new cc not saved to my phone yet.
