Online ordering is easy. At check out, there was an explanation why shipping may be delayed because of Covid warehouse restrictions and high volume of packages by UPS. However, my items arrived the next day. Great job Perform Better! Always reliable.

This was a personal purchase but several years ago when I was a gym manager, I ordered many items from Perform Better. Always great to do business with.

I ordered 3 items, 2 Super bands, and a mat. Processed, shipped, and arrived in NY within 2 days of order. Customer service doesn't get much better for order processing & handling. I have not opened either band, so only going to comment on 1" & 1 3/4" I already own, where neither show any signs of wear after owning them for more than 1 year. The mat was an impulse purchase, that was mainly purchased due to the grommet, and the ability to hang. Now if only an American company would start producing these items!
