A decent experience, i’m just a little disappointed in the two out of stock items. Hopefully, you can ship them free of charge as was done in the past, so as not to make two trips to your warehouse during the current pandemic.

Hi Patrick, Thanks for contacting us. I understand the frustration with the flat rate shipping cost of $9.95 when it comes to lightweight bands. Unfortunately, UPS charges us a minimum of $9.95 no matter the weight of the product or distance traveled. In this case, shipping from Rhode Island to California will actually cost us more than the $9.95.
