We have had great luck with Perform Better thus far. I know costs have been rising, but recently I ordered 20+ exercise tubing with handles and some jump ropes, which cost $75 to ship!! The order unfortunately was not what I needed...the color resistances do not match what we are using (although I am certain your product is what we currently have. David indicated they have not changed). I now will pay shipping return costs, and I cannot include the one package I opened to make sure they were the right item? I don't understand why this is...you will clearly see it's never been used, which is the stipulation on the return site information. In the expense of everything else both you and I are incurring trying to get this right, that is the one thing I would like remedied...the ability to return this other opened item. Thank you.
