Worked out well, customer assistance was good

The area for payment and shipping instructions disappeared off the edge of my screen with no way to drag it back into view. When I departed the site and returned to start over it was not clear that the order had been saved on the screen so I ordered again and ended up with 2 of the items with no clear way to modify the order.

It's very easy to order. Product descriptions are accurate. The only reason I don't order more from here is that the shipping charges are ridiculous.

Love the quality of my new battle ropes! Received them much faster than I expected.

Placed the order a week ago and still have not received the item, or any tracking information.
