Hi Curtis, We certainly appreciate your recent order, and apologize for the issues surrounding the shipping charges for your recent order. There shouldn't have been any additional shipping costs added to your order, and we're having our internal processes team take a look into why that $2.16 fee was added. It would seem - for an unknown reason - that charge may have initiated from USPS directly, which shouldn't have happened. Again, we'll look into the cause of this internally. I do see that we had previously put through a refund for that amount back to your MasterCard on 3/6, and I will go ahead and have the original shipping cost of $5.95 refunded as well, for all the trouble and inconvenience.
