Perform BetterReviews of performbetter.com

Great customer service but was disappointed in the product. The band size was significantly smaller than previous purchase.

I was refunded some shipping money, really appreciate it!

Friendly and helpful phone support - HOWEVER, was disappointed to find today when latest shipmewnt arrived that the tubing is of different lengths, not just handles. I had originally ordered a variety of tubes for my home gym, then after speaking with support ordered additional ones in the heavier-handle group (black, blue), plus duplicates of the earlier shipment since I had inadvertently only ordered one of each. Second order I just ordered the better handle for all, only to find that now the second shipment doesn't match the first in length, not just handle. Now I have a few that match (black, blue, yellow) and the rest are of different length.

Easy purchase, easy checkout , quick delivery, quality gear.

Perform Better products are some of the best in the business. I've been a personal trainer for over 20 years and I've used P.B. products in every gym I ever served. Now I have my own P.T. business and I'm still using P.B. products! My most recent purchase was a new set of "First Place Safety Toner" bands. Despite my clients using these suckers outdoors, day in and day out, through all 4 seasons, these bands have lasted almost 5 years. That's a true sign of quality. A product designed for indoor use has withstood the elements for hours upon hours of outdoor use. I think that brings a great degree of Value to the purchase. On top of great products, their service is swift and effective every time. I've never had a bad experience with these folks. EVER.
