I used them several times in the past and had no issues, this was the second order in recent months, but this time I ordered and paid for 6 vapes, 3 different flavors, and they only sent me 5 vapes. When I requested a return or reshipment of the one they ripped me off they rejected it. Will never order from them again.

It took two weeks to get my order. They sent me the wrong items. They sent me the vape cartridges without the battery so they’re unusable. I contacted them Saturday morning. They got back to me on Monday and let me know that I need to ship them back to them and then wait for them to ship me the correct product. When I asked if it was gonna take two weeks again like it did so it would be a month since I purchased it and what were they gonna do to make it right for me they were rude and did not care they have terrible customer service don’t use this company also I asked to speak with management gave them my phone number and asked them to call me because I was not satisfied with their mistake and how they were handling it and I was told they do not contact via phone. That everything had to be done through Email and that’s who was handling my case.

I RELUCTANTLY purchased vapes from this website on 7/9/26. I used a card that has purchase protection just in case. They sent tracking 2 days later. I just received my order today (7/23/26). They are exactly what I ordered. Came reasonably fast. And this was a product that nearly no other website has in stock. Price was fair. Glad I ordered.

I would give them zero stars if it were possible. I ordered from them and after taking my money for over a week with no updates beyond the order confirmation I reached out via email requesting a tracking number. And they cancelled the order. If your order fufillment is over a week behind, you need more staff. If you are out of stock on an item and cannot fufill the order, you need to contact the customer asap.

Awful shipping. Ordered on Jul 1, and products still have not been routed to UPS yet as of Jul 13. Total sham company.

I just received my order and everything was exactly as advertised. My order arrived in 15 days which is 2 days faster then they said it would take on the web site. The savings are worth the extra wait time for sure. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

They have a pretty good selection and great prices. The only downfall is the shipping. I understand it isnt their fault and I dont hold it against them but its very long. I have never received and order in less than 2 weeks, its normally 2-3 weeks except when i order in December and it was 4 weeks.

Okay so just ordered for the first time. Took probably about three weeks to get here, no communication or tracking just like everyone else says. However, I haven’t seen anyone else put this but I did get what looks and tastes exactly like what I ordered (I’ve had this vape before) but when I went to scan the authentication QR code it took me to a porn site! Like what?
