One of the Airis Neo P8000 devices was defective straight out of the package: the auto-draw sensor is faulty and it will only produce vapor if you inhale extremely hard, which no one can do comfortably. The other device from the same order works fine with a normal draw, so I know exactly how it's supposed to work. I filed a return under their dead-on-arrival policy the same day it arrived and sent the comparison video they asked for. Their entire response was one sentence: "I'm sorry but it does look like the vape started working in the video." They refused to replace a roughly $10 device because it technically turns on if you strain hard enough. This isn't my first problem with them either — on a previous order a device didn't work at all and they refused to help because I supposedly waited too long to report it. They also wouldn't publish this review on their own website. Save your money and order somewhere that stands behind what they sell.

They will not refund your money back on a cancelled order. They want Picture ID with your picture to scam you DO NOT BUY FROM THEM CROOKS

This is one of the worst companies i've ever experienced in my life. I'm a disabled veteran, and I told them my arm was crooked, and they still were begging me to take a picture with my ID, and that was very hard.They were totally being rude to me. Also, when I did everything they asked me to, they canceled my order.I don't recommend anyone to buy from this company.They're terrible and they have no respect for the customers at all.

I sure wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered from here. I order on September 28th, it sat for days before I got an update saying it had a shipping label created. After a few more days nothing was updated about shipping so I emailed the company. They stated on their end it showed shipped, gave me some excuse about using a shipping company in Las Vegas. My update as of today tells me it left Grand Prairie, Texas on October 5th. While waiting on this company to get my order here I ordered from another company, it has arrived but still no idea when my order from "perfect vapes" will show up Absolutely ridiculous! I won't make the mistake of ordering from them ever again.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering , thought I would try a different vape site from the more popular ones to get a break on pricing this time . BIG MISTAKE ! Never again ! I have NEVER waited this long just for my products to even be shipped ??? I ordered on September 30th , payment has went through , and my order is STILL just sitting there hasn’t even been reached to UPS yet , like what are they doing ?? Hello ? I would like my order please ! I’m so irritated , thought for sure I would have my order before my vape I’m using now ran out , but nope , now I have to go and purchase one from my local vape shop and spend more money ! Don’t ever use this site unless you want to wait for your order to not even get seen by UPS for a whole week !! Or longer this is terrible customer service and shipping practices .. GET IT TOGETHER !!

It has now been 3 weeks since my order was placed and I still have not received my items. Contacted customer service and was given a window of about 7-10 days, however according to the tracking number the order was received 2 days after placing the order. No resolution and no contact again.

I was skeptical after reading some reviews, but my order of 10 refills for raz arrived within 10 days. I will continue using their service. Maybe they take more time on small orders, but mine arrived as expected. I am in Florida.

This company is the worst. They sell inferior quality products, come up with lame excuses when I complained. They take forever to ship, and you'll be lucky to receive the order within 2 weeks of ordering Absolutely poor customer service
