AVOID at all costs. Still waiting for my refund from October it’s with my credit card company now Terrible company

First order ceased by Chinese customs. Sent a second which turned up 6 weeks after paying. This gained 20 secs a day and died 6 weeks later. Told It would be replaced but then the saga started, it was out of stock constantly. Eventually they they told me there were still problems a refund was issued and it would take up to 14 working days!! That was almost 5 weeks ago. They no longer reply to any emails. The phone number they gave me dose not exist, Keep clear.

This site selections of Rolex models are enormous, I received my watch the day after Christmas and I was very surprised at the overall quality of the watch great job. I got the Japanese model but the next one I order will be of the Swiss model.

The watch is fast by 5 min after the first 2 days i have to set it everyday, usually after 5-6hrs it has to be reset

Have ordered a few times and the end product has been exquisite. Received the wrong watch 2nd time but it was rectified immediately. Great quality and great customer service.

No watch,no refund, no response

Bought a watch and initially the customer service was great, fast replies to emails and even a phone call to say it was on its way. Sent through DHL and took around a month to arrive. Not long after wearing it I noticed it had stopped, took quite a bit to get it going again and from then on the accuracy was all over the place. Sometimes it was -20secs/day to being over a minute fast, also still stopping randomly. I was told my card had been refunded, please wait up to 14 days. That has well and truly passed with no refund, no longer any response to emails and they ignore my messages through the chat on their site. Watch has been binned and I now realise I likely won’t get the refund that was agreed upon... very disappointing. Take my experience as a warning that if anything goes wrong you are probably on your own.
