All the way through the process , PerfectRolex was PRO !! They actually reached out via Phone to thank me , keep me updated and answer any and all questions I might have. Their Customer Service is quick to respond and definitely on top of things. The watch is as advertised and when they tell you it’s PERFECT , it IS !! I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future and you should too !! It’s great to know that there are companies like this out there that aren’t scams and are honest every step of the way !! BRAVO !!

I was incredibly skeptical ordering from perfect Rolex but I took a chance and glad I did. They were through and followed up had a tracking number watch was sent to me in less then two weeks. The watch is super nice. I have referred friends and will buy again.

The watch took longer than i expected to arrive due to problems with counterfeit officials etc etc,however now it has arrived Im really happy,the quality is impressive and it feels like an original I used to own five years ago,the customer service was excellent throughout and they responded to all of my emails.

I am so impressed with this company. They were so great with all communication, let me know when my watch was shipped, delivered, everything! I actually returned the first watch i received (i actually loved the watch, but only wanted to exchange it because it was similar to my moms Rolex she got for Christmas!) and sent it back to them, which they exchanged for another watch completely free!!! I only had to pay shipping to get the original watch back to them. They were just awesome. I wish every company was as great about communicating as these guys are. The watches are gorgeous also! I’m extremely impressed.

Excellent service. Detailed. They called to confirm size and order twice . Delivered on time. When delivered the watch was more than I expected . I will buy again from them for sure.

To make the long story short. I never recommend buying from perfectrolex. Why? Simply because of the poor quality. I got the watch and used it for only 1 month and it turn out that it is not water resistant and I got water leaked into the watch and the bracelet which made from fabric start to tore down. To return the watch back to get refund you have to ship it back on your own expense. DO NOT BUY IT. And I wish they allow photo sharing here so I can prove every single word
