I won't lie, I was emailing them every few days, but they responded and/or called back asap! They said it would take about a month, and in fact, I got my item in three weeks. I am very happy with my purchase. It literally looks real and even moves and feels like the real thing. Unless they are experts in watches, no one will know the difference.
