What can I say the experience was very easy I was never worried as customer service was in contact with me the whole way and updated me on the status of the order at each step in the process. Item arrived ahead of schedule and exactly as described; great product I’ll get another model I like very soon.

I was assured 10-15 days it’s now been 59 days and I’ve received nothing They now ignore my messages I’ve tried to get my money back and they won’t respond they’ve told me it’s slow delivery due to pandemic but yet on this review site there been no mention of delayed deliveries in fact all received within time they were told but they still refuse to admit there a issue with my delivery ! Won’t send another watch or give me money back! So all these reviews must be fake I’m down £230 and have nothing be warned DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY YOUR GET NOTHING !!!!!!!!!! TOTAL SCAM WEBSITE

I've ordered a few watches and every time they knock it out the park. But what made this experience so much greater is that the watch got to me in about 8 days. That was a first but greatly appreciated.
