I am repeat customer of this website. My second order I received recently, too. I am very satisfied with the product itself, however, i had to pick up phone and receive follow up and Customer satisfaction calls which felt a bit overwhelming. I also received a small wallet as a present, that was very nice. I wish I could order more expensive models paying only by card. I will shop again soon, thanks, Liene

Great experience with Perfectrolex, they called to check on the order, tracking was easy with the link they sent, and most important the watch is beautiful and quality including the weight is excellent. Bought another submariner ( “Starbucks”) today and it won’t be my last. Good job Perfectrolex.

While it took longer than expected(bc if the holidays) it was well worth the wait! My watch was perfect and I had tremendous fun showed it off to friends - who were extremely jealous! Lol.
