We were looking for '2' channel Temperature logger with data logging option. We have used TC0520 in the past, it's a 4 channel system and has independent data logging option (Has it's own internal memory) whereas TC0301 (which we purchased) needs a laptop to record the data, which is not possible in field condition. The units are not of use for us considering our testing condition.

shipping was expensive. Then there isn't a manual even when I used the QR code that came with my product so overall my experience was lackluster.
Response from PerfectPrimeSep 10, 2020
Erin, please understand that the shipping costs have increased due to the pandemic in recent months. The shipping costs will be lowered once things are getting closer to normal. As for the thermocouple you have purchased, it does not have a manual other than the specifications. You can find the specifications on our website's product page. If you have any other questions, feel free to email us at [email protected] for further support.
