Hi Patti! "Loving the Cool Nights" — we love that title! So glad you haven't woken up hot once since you started using it. That was the whole mission, and hearing it delivered for you is the best part of our day. The work-night vs. weekend scheduling is one of those features that flies under the radar until you actually use it—glad it's made a real difference. And zip-tying the connections to the bed frame? That's a genuinely clever fix. We hear about the occasional loose connection, and your solution is a great one. (We'll be keeping it in mind as we keep refining things.) Thank you for the kind words and for the honest note about the setup quirk—it helps us get better. And thank you for recommending us to other hot sleepers. They're our people. Sleep well! Cheers, Chris & the Perfectly Snug team

Hi Kathleen, thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're so happy to hear you're not waking up hot anymore. Major win! Thank you so much for your feedback about price point and the app. That app - oh, have we ever heard our Snug fam on that point!! Your feedback is so important. Improving the app is now top of the list, and we'll have an update available for all existing customers (as well as future customers, of course!) in the near future. We'll let everyone know by email when it's available. The cords absolutely get disconnected easily. Our apologies! It's those barrel connectors, the little cylindrical cord attachments - they are mandated by sleep industry regulatory bodies to be very easy to pull apart, for safety reasons. That is wonderful until you go to make the bed! So we completely understand the frustration. Thank you again for your feedback, and if you need a hand optimizing your settings for colder weather, feel free to reach out! (Winter pro tip: Use the scheduler, Start Length of at least 1 hour set for around your usual bed time, pile those blankets on, and make Start Phase at least a Warm 8. I also like a Foot Heater at Level 2. Enjoy!!) Warm regards, Dusty Customer Experience Manager

Hi Karen! "Woke up chilly" — as lifelong hot sleepers, you and I both know how wild that sounds. And honestly, it might be one of our favorite compliments yet. The A/C detail hit home. Freezing out the whole family just to survive the night (and paying for the privilege) is a special kind of misery. So glad you've retired the thermostat wars and the electricity bills—especially through those hot summer nights. And "sweaty and cranky" is exactly who we built this for. 😄 Thank you for the recommendation and for sharing your story. It'll speak to a lot of people who are right where you were. Sleep well! Hi Thomas! "My wife hasn't complained" — we're framing that one. 😄 Seriously though, the "moist body silhouette" line got us. That's exactly the kind of misery we built this to fix, and we're so glad it's gone—along with the dread of coming back to bed. And knowing it's helped with your sleep apnea sweating moments and turned sound sleep into your normal? That's huge. Two people, opposite sleep needs, one happy bed. That's the whole point. Glad the manual controls are there for the off-schedule moments too. Thanks for the kind words and for the laugh. Sleep well, both of you! Cheers, Chris & the Perfectly Snug team

Hi Clare! Thank you for sharing this—especially the comparison. The detail about your feet freezing while your torso boiled is exactly the problem with uneven airflow, and it's why we designed the topper to move air from head to foot rather than just in one spot. So glad it's finally delivering cool, dry sleep all night for you. And thank you for giving us a shot after a competitor let you down. That means a lot. Sleep well!
