Hi Doug, thank you so much for your review! Very glad you are sleeping comfortably. Since the fans are sounding a touch noisy it might help if you set the Fan Limit in the app a couple notches lower - but sometimes the higher fan speed is needed if you're a hot sleeper, and you may have already tried this. More breathable sheets can also help, as can letting the topper hang a small half inch past the foot of your mattress for easier air intake. Does exactly what it promises
Excellent website that outlined the advantages of the Perfectly Snug over the many (MANY) competitors. The ad campaign worked as there was an extra long delivery backlog, but worth the wait. Very simple setup, phone app simple to set up and manipulate the settings you prefer overnight.
The hardware itself is sturdy, still rather comfortable - it takes a little getting used to - and at full blast it's quieter than an air conditioner. Normal levels it's no louder than a steam radiator, and I got used to it easily.
Having the two zones is quite handy, although it does mean you can't meet in the middle while you sleep and get all the benefits. That's easy to get used to, also.
Overall, and let's mention the HSA qualification, worth every dollar!

We love that setup was simple and that you've found your overnight settings easy to manage. Your noise comparison made us smile—quieter than an AC at full blast, and about like a steam radiator at normal levels is a fair and accurate way to put it.
You're right about the dual-zone tradeoff. Each side is fully independent, which is what makes it work so well for couples with different temperature preferences—but it does mean there's no "meeting in the middle." We're glad it was easy to adjust to.
And yes—HSA/FSA eligibility is something we're proud to offer. Good sleep is a health investment, and it should be treated like one.

This was my last resort
This was my last resort. I have tried so many different cooling blankets, sheets, pillows, vitamins ANYTHING to sleep thru the night and nothing helped. I spent most of the night tossing and turning and the rest of it doomscrolling until I could start tossing and turning all over. My bedroom would not fit a BED JET so that want an option for me. I saw an add on Facebook for PERFECTLY SNUG and decided I would spend the $$ and if it didn't work I would be done. It is absolutely the best money I have ever spent and I wish I had known about PERFECTLY SNUG so much earlier. The product does what it says it does..I sleep thru the night now and hardly move! It is comfortable..the shipping time was accurate and came packaged securely. The set up was simple and fast! I am absolutely thrilled and so glad I took the chance in it!

Can’t overcome 75 degrees…
Our 2nd floor bedroom runs 75 degrees and the fans just couldn’t overcome the heat. Getting it returned was easy and they sent another box for free after the first box was destroyed in shipping. But it’s been returned for over 20 days and I have not recieved my refund.

For the 75 degree bedroom - we hear you! Our toppers will cool a sleeper in a room that temperature, and even a warmer room, but it's a gentle feeling process, rather than shocking on the skin. 🤍 The airflow will do its job and hold the sleeper's body at their chosen cooling set point, and keep them sleeping through the night - but gently. For sleepers in a warm room, we recommend that they ensure their sheets are highly breathable, and that they know the "chill" feeling won't be as strong as it will be on days when their room is colder. What they'll notice is they mysteriously don't toss and turn, they don't have insomnia, and they don't wake up sweaty!
I'll share this for anyone else reading too, it could be educational: The Smart Topper isn't "cold to the touch," but when we did a side by side comparison between Perfectly Snug and a water-based cooling topper in a room up to 80F, our topper outperformed the water system's cooling overnight, removing 102% more body heat. In a dual zone test with one side of each topper set to cooling, the other to heating, this went up to 256% more cooling, because of the efficiency of our system. We also have no external subcooling unit that can unintentionally heat your bedroom. An additional advantage of our air-based toppers is that by avoiding a subcooled surface, there is no risk of your bed falling below the dewpoint in a humid environment, resulting in condensation that can occur with water systems. These are all tradeoffs that each sleeper weighs out while finding the right solution for them, and it's by no means simple. That's why there are so many solutions on the market, and something for everyone.
Former users of water systems can run into expectation challenges related to those first few minutes of wanting to feel a chill when they get into bed, but if you wake up hot in the middle of the night, our Cold Burst feature cools you within seconds. It can take 30 minutes for a water system to cool to a lower cooling set point.
With Perfectly Snug, a recommended starting setup for someone in a warm room might be Start Length 60 minutes, Start Level Cold 7 (-7), Sleep Level Cold 8 (-8), Wake Level Cold 7 (-7).
