Stay as far away from this mover as you can!!!! They misrepresent their services and prices, and then are nowhere to be found. I would NEVER do business with them again nor would I recommend them to anyone I know.

This group is a complete SCAM. Once they get your initial deposit you'll never hear from them again. They do NOT return phone calls, do NOT reply to emails and if you ever do get though you're told it's not their department's responsibility, regardless of the department you reach. Further, once you pay the non-refundable deposit you're required to pay the balance of your fees in CASH. And they don't disclose that until you've paid the deposit. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS AT ALL COSTS.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL SCAM YOU out of THOUSANDS of dollars! During my initial call, they presented themselves as a moving company when in fact they are a broker company. Drexel made it seem like he went above and beyond to achieve a great discount but, I was on the fence and had to think about it before signing a contract. Unfortunately, Drexel did not give me the option of reading the contract before I signed it because if I called back, I would lose out on saving any money. I felt like he rushed/pushed me to sign something over the phone. After signing this contract, I didn’t hear from Perennial for over a week. After waiting a week, I finally received a call that the “movers” were coming to pick up my items. After my pickup, I found out that Perennial provided an inaccurate quote and that my cost was going to increase (increased over $2,000) because of the misinformation that they promised me over the phone. After learning of the false promises, I called and when I called, I came to learn that Drexel could no longer assist me because my file was “closed”. He transferred me over to a sales representative named Dona. Dona was extremely rude, reading off a script, and overall useless with providing an update on my items or a timeframe for when my delivery was scheduled to take place. I moved from CA to IL and because of Perennial, I received my items a MONTH after the promised date of delivery and on top of everything, my items were moved through 3 additional companies!! Once my items finally arrived in IL, I contacted Perennial’s operations manager to explain the situation and ask for a refund of my deposit. Not only was the operations manager (Angela) not helpful but made it seem like everything was my fault. She did not attempt to make it right nor did she have any empathy for the ENTIRE situation. I would not recommend Perennial Van Lines to my worst enemy! Stay far away from this scam of a company!

Terrible customer service. Bait and switch. STILL WAITING FOR MY FURNITURE. I was promised a delivery date of 2 weeks ago and was told that I have to wait my turn. Refused to give me any refund or compensation. I switched from a different company to them because of their promises. DO NOT USE THEM

This is a broker not a mover. They can't guarantee anything that has to do with the actual delivery, because they're not the ones doing it. Because they can't guarantee anything, they also won't do anything to help you with the delivery. It has been more than a month and they still haven't done anything to ensure the movers deliver our goods.

WORSE moving company ever! They canceled us on the day of our move. We paid 1/2 up front 2 months ahead of time. They were horrible at communication. And when they said they could not help, we were stranded. If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and rent the POD.

I used Perennial Van Lines when I moved from California to Texas. They are a broker and used a company called Sirius Trucking. They were supposed to be at my residence anywhere from 9:00am - 10:00am on Sunday, 6/20, which was Father's day and they got there around 2:00pm. Patrick quoted me a price and told me that a 16 foot pod wouldn't be enough for all the furniture that I had. He stated that I needed at least a 20 foot truck. When Siruis got done loading everything, they ended up quoting me $2,000 over what Patrick quoted. (I used 22 cubic feet). I tried calling Patrick who has never gotten back to me. I also called Donna and Jessica who said they would get back to me and I haven't heard a word from either of them. I was told that it would be here within 3-14 days as it takes 3-4 days just to get to Texas. (BYW, they start counting the 14 days after the 3-4 days that it takes to get to TX and they only count weekdays)! I have been in Texas now for over a month and no furniture!! I am working remotely out of my house but I had to buy a chair and small desk so I could work from my empty home. My son's family also moved to Texas from California using PODS. They left California after me and guess what.....their pod came 8 days after they got here. No scratches, no nothing!! Please consider using PODS as they kept their word!! I am now being told by my neighbor's to look into organizations who help with moving company fraud as I have no idea where my furniture is and the cost to eat out is very expensive!! And, I have been sleeping at my son's house on his couch for over 30 days and I'm so tired of this!! Perennial should be paying me for all the inconvenience they have put me through!! Again, do not use this Perennial Van Lines!!!!!! Patti H

The company hired a mover who was unprofessional and very arrogant. The moving experience was riddled with problems he moved ahead by threatening either his way or no way even though conditions were discussed before hand. Over $1100 in damages to boot, obviously very inept at their job. Extra charges were extreme!
