The original sales personnel are not accurate in telling you what the cost and moving dates are. Once you sign the contract everything changes. They told us a delivery date and then after signing the contract they told us a different date. It took us 10 days to get our furniture. They kept adding on cost . They told us a new cost on a Sunday afternoon for a Monday morning delivery. They also had to have cash only. I will say the movers that they subcontracted were two. Very nice men who worked very hard. Once they were paid they worked very hard. They are not the problem. It starts at the first contact.
