PenjiReviews of penji.co

I am the marketing director for a shared services company and we've been using Penji for a little over a month now to provide better design services for our clients. We have been very pleased with Penji so far. My team is spending more time on strategy and client relations and less time on putting together graphics. Penji has consistently delivered projects on time and according to our instructions.

Helpful, polite and responsive. Always ready on hand to help in whatever way they can. Can recommend.

Love the quick turn around on projects. Design team is great and accommodates all of our change requests

We've been working with Penji for a while now and couldn't be happier with the experience. After moving from a previous design outsourcing company due to rising costs, we found that Penji not only offered more value for money, but their overall service was a perfect fit for our brand. From the very start, Penji demonstrated a real understanding of our vision and design needs. They were quick to place us with designers who not only had the right skillset but also instantly "got" our brand. The results have been consistently high quality, on-brand, and delivered efficiently. One of the biggest highlights for us has been Penji’s flexibility and support. Whether we’re working on marketing campaigns, children’s activity books, or new promotional assets, their team always adapts to our needs and supports us at every step. If you're looking for a design partner that offers cost-effective, high-quality work with a strong focus on brand alignment and flexibility, we’d highly recommend Penji.

After a break from using Penji, I'm back and honestly, have to say I'm really impressed with the improvements! My project manager is very attentive and easy to communicate with. The designers I use consistently produce good work and it takes minimal revisions to get where we need to be. It feels like team work, and I am quite happy with the service we're receiving!

Penji really helps me with my business; they deliver quality design and on-time submission. Also, my Art Director helps me pair with designers who suit my style. Thank you so much, Penji!

Serious and more importantly availble!

Penji is truly one of my favorite companies to work with. I have been using their services for nearly three years, and they are an absolute delight. Their customer service is UNMATCHED - genuinely better than any other company I have ever used. They are quick to respond to messages and are truly committed to making sure that anything you need is handled. The team of project managers and designers are nothing short of amazing. I have worked with many of them over the years, and while each brought their own creative flair, every single project was done with the same level of quality and care. Shoutout to some of the team members I have had the pleasure of working with, Project Managers Jhonna & Mark, and designers Karen Mae, Erdalyn, Renzlie, Jayson, Iffath! I wish I could name every one! This team deserves every accolade they receive. If you're looking for a design partner that you can trust, with quick turnaround times, and an incredibly talented team, Penji is your match!!!!
