Communication was slow and unresponsive
I was dissatisfied with the service I received from Penguin Book Writers. Despite their boasts of hiring top-tier experts, the content was mediocre, lacking depth and originality. The content also contained grammatical problems and lacked a clear organization. Communication was slow and unresponsive, and modifications were not completed on time. Overall, I was disappointed and overpaid for the poor quality of work delivered by Penguin Book Writers.
