I spent over an hour researching custom pencil options. Looking at 8 different sites/stores Pencil Guy was the only one that *didn’t require a 1,000 minimum *allowed numbers and symbols *wasn’t expensive unless you bought hundreds of pencils (PLUS there was a coupon!) *shipping wasn’t as much as the actual product (It was FREE!!) The proof came really fast and they fixed my boo boo quickly too. Got my order in less than half the time I expected. EXCELLENT service Pencil Guy!!

The customer service was outstanding! Brian was considerate, emailed to make sure of my needed delivery date, and met that date with a day to spare. The pencils are nice and look great overall, the sharpening was nice and consistant. My reason for four instead of five stars was because some of the printing on the pencils was not aligned straight with a pencil, and some of the printing had a little missed spot. My guess is that they printed in batches. They were still good enough that I'm happy to use the products, the price was right, and the service was great and speedy. One of the best things about going through pencil guy shop is that I was able to use my own artwork and wasn't limited to just 20 or 30 characters of a standard foil print. My artwork showed up wonderfully with a big impact. I highly recommend Pencilguyshop.
