They look great and fast delivery.

Great service!

What it says on the tin. Monogrammed pencils provided quickly even with a change request. Excellent and prompt customer service.

I chose this shop after reading reviews and comparing prices. When my order first arrived, there was a problem with the printing on 1 set of pencils. The gold ink on dark green pencils was scratched and inconsistent in color. I contacted Brian, and he agreed to reprint them. I just received the replacements, and I am now very happy with my order. The gold pencils with dark green ink that I also ordered were very nicely done, so I only needed part of the order replaced. I really appreciate Brian's prompt response and willingness to work to fix the issue. I would definitely purchase from him again.

I placed my order on Monday and I chatted with Brian Floyd that I would need by order by Friday. He made it happen I got the monogrammed pencils today. Brian was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable to what I wanted. I'm definitely ordering again. Awesome job!!

Brian answers your calls and e-mails immediately. He is very friendly. And keeps you abreast of when your shipment will arrive. And the pencils I ordered look exactly like the soft proof he sent me. And the price was very good.

Easy process, excellent service, quick turnaround.

Quality work, good service and shipping.
