Super fast service! Great products!

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of detail and customer service I received from The Pencil Guy! I cannot say enough about their attention to me and quick email responses to my questions, even over the weekend. There was however only one minor issue, I ordered the pencils in black with neon green writing but received them with white writing. When I contacted them they said they did not like the way it looked in black. Needless to say I was a bit surprised that they did not notify me of their decision to change the color choice before receiving them...BUT and this is a big but... I appreciated the quality, choice, attention to detail, and their superior product craftsmanship that they would not send me (even a pencil) that would not live up to their standard and ultimately be a purchase I might regret. So for the knowledge and trust I had in working with them, I know the decision in the end product was better and I truly do love them. Also, another rave about them... I live in Hawaii and bought the pencils for our Church. The shipping originally was going to be almost as much as the pencil order. When I suggested shipping to Hawaii was more economical in flat rate USPS boxes, they adjusted the shipping!!! I wish I could say they did me a huge favor but I honestly think this is just how they do business and it is wonderful! I definitely recommend them and will make all future personalized pencil purchases through them! Plus they are made in America, so it was a plus there also.
