GREAT service, speed of delivery. Easy interface for designing pencil imprint. Color delivered varied slightly from what I thought I ordered; could be a computer monitor issue on my end, and not a big deal.

The customer service was outstanding! Brian was considerate, emailed to make sure of my needed delivery date, and met that date with a day to spare. The pencils are nice and look great overall, the sharpening was nice and consistant. My reason for four instead of five stars was because some of the printing on the pencils was not aligned straight with a pencil, and some of the printing had a little missed spot. My guess is that they printed in batches. They were still good enough that I'm happy to use the products, the price was right, and the service was great and speedy. One of the best things about going through pencil guy shop is that I was able to use my own artwork and wasn't limited to just 20 or 30 characters of a standard foil print. My artwork showed up wonderfully with a big impact. I highly recommend Pencilguyshop.

The printing turned out great! The eraser are just okay, but they sharpen well! Worth the money!

Everything was done well. I just wish that the red printing on the black pencils was bolder. It is a bit hard for older people to see. But I am sure my teens will love them!
