When I E mail them I told them that I never received the product they sent me a replacement right away that was great thank you that was very nice I will be doing future shopping with this company thank you!!

This is the best product I have ever ordered online!
I was pleasantly surprised by the toilet accessibility product. I live alone and have no tools and am completely clueless when trying to put things together. I was able to set this up in minutes, without tools! The product is also well-designed, sturdy, and even attractive. I also like the fact that it can be easily moved to another room when I have visitors. Love it!

I like the toilet safety rail
I like the toilet safety rail, however I wish the handles were wider at the back to support my arms without them slipping off.

Bathroom Safety Rail
My doctor recommended the Pelegon Bathroom Safety Rail prior to my knee replacement surgery. I ordered this item on Saturday and it was on my porch Sunday! Extremely easy to assemble and is exactly what I need.
