Arrived sooner than promised. Easy to assemble except when installing rear wheels. The cables must have crimped when wheels were installed because the wheels wouldn't turn. After several attempts and playing with the cable, the wheels turned easily.

As an 87 yo elder myself giving full-time care to my 94 yo husband, this table tray with support handle is a real lifesaver for meals and safely getting in and out of his recliner. I had no trouble putting it together with the owner's manuel instructions but guidelines for installation were a bit too vague and confusing. I finally figured out the proper placement through trial and error and would suggest adding the photo in your ad (which I didn't have clear in my mind at the time) and more detailed instructions in future editions.
