Assembly was totally made so anyone can put together and, of course, the walker works just the way I was hoping for. The seat sits higher than most and the wheels work perfectly over a little rough terrain.

We thought we needed a grab bar near the toilet to help getting up and down from the seat; a taller toilet would be helpful too. The cost to replace the toilet was too much and a self- installed grab bar wasn’t too reassuring. The chair rail with padded seat solves both issues and we are so happy with it!

would have been 5 stars but product could have been packaged a little better, and the brake on the left wheel was stuck all the way down on the wheel so that the walker would not work, i adjusted the brake till the wheel was free, some people would not know how to adjust the brake and would have a walker that was unusable right out of the box ,could be better quality control or better packaging

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the packaging and the brake issue you experienced. We are glad you were able to adjust the brake yourself, but we agree that it should be ready to use right out of the box. We will share your comments with our quality control and packaging teams to help us improve. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us!
